We bring you a hard-hitting, full-day deep dive that introduces an empowered way of thinking, feeling and behaving... towards a better version of you.
This interactive open group workshop will take you through:
Identifying your goals and what it takes to emotionally "undisturb" yourself in order to achieve them;
Separating unhealthy negative emotions from healthy ones and understanding what creates emotional disturbance (unfortunate life events? breakups or divorce? work-related stress? friends/family?);
Exercising a simple 3-step approach to regaining control over your emotions that can be applied at work and in your personal life.
